Do you have a takeup unit? Don't know if this would work, but could you steal a core holder from the takeup and test your uneven temp theory?

Yes! We have a big shared roll-off dumpster outside the shop and there is nothing more enjoyable than chucking stuff into that sucker. Throwing stuff away is so much fun.

Ha - did you also see this past weekend's This Old House? They installed an elevator into a residential home for accessibility and the elevator walls were installed as entire panels and attached from above and below.
Do you have any customers or know anyone in the tourism industry? Not sure how 'seasonal' things are up in Canada, but down here in Virginia the hotels, theme parks, restaurants, etc. all ramp up with international employees each summer. Maybe some of your customers could help you with info?

May I ask for opinions on how best to tackle this 10'x10' banner? I have a 54" printer, so it would have to be in 3 pieces (2 vertical seams). Would hem tape be suitable here since its against the building? Or the HH66 vinyl cement? I'm also a little confused about...
Yes, though Omega 2.0 is from 2003 and you may have a harder time finding a computer that can run Windows XP. The Edge 2 also uses a parallel cable, so you'll likely need the special Gerber-made parallel-to-USB cable.
