OK.....new dilema...
I need to make some back sprayed pan faces and the new background black is a mat finish...
There is no way to back spray and have the finish be anything but glossy...
Has any of you done this and have any advice or tips...???
I am not sure if this is an actual font...
A guy brought it in already cut and I scanned it but if it's a real font I would like to make some copy using it...
Any ideas...?
Inside the relief is a wood grain look so sanding that would be difficult...
I assume by sanding you mean to sand lightly to dull the finish...?
Do you prefer any particular brand?
we are routing a sign from 1" thick HDU...
We have never yet done that...lookin for tips please....
What kind of paint or stain is best etc...?
Thank you!
I HAVE ENOUGH...!!!!! NO NEED FOR ANY MORE FILES ON THIS...!!!
LOL Man...what overwhelming response!
Thank you everyone for such great and fast help! :)
That would be awesome :) can you email it to okeesignguy@yahoo.com please?
Ya...from what little I have seen this is a giant step backwards for them...
They had one of the most recognizable logos on the planet and this thing is horrible...
Oh well....it keeps us working! LOL
Thank you very much!
That might be a good idea :)
I appreciate that...
okeesignguy@yahoo.com
I already have the one...the big "C" (see attachment)...
Other than that and the ugly colors I am clueless LOL
Thank you!
We were asked to quote on two back sprayed pan faces for a Century 21 office here...
They are having a hard time finding the specs on the Century 21 web site...
From what I have seen the new logo is kinda lame and ugly...
Just looking for any tips and/or thoughts on this from somebody that has...
I have check a few of them with no luck...
I still have a few left to check...
Plenty of "component art" that we will probably use if we design our own...which we will probably end up doing...
I was trying to get lucky as I know that is some nice stuff out there already...
Thank you!
I need to make a couple of mini wall murals for the inside of an Italian & Pizza restaurant...
The plan is to have my artist design something however due to the subject matter I am curious what's out there for ready to print stuff...
One is to be a salute to first responders, military etc...
Thanx man...I just read about those O rings on here this morning...
After a medium clean this morning it has been printing fine all day... :)
I know it is inevitable that it will do it again and this is on the top of my list to check...
Right now tho, it is printing so I am gonna let her eat...
I have been having trouble with my red (magenta) printing just fine for an hour or two and then dropping out...
A simple medium clean brings it back...temporarily...
In this pic you can see what printing a solid red block looks like when it happens...
And then what it does after a simple medium...
This seems like it could absolutely be the issue...can't wait to get to work and check this out...!
I think I actually have a couple spare ribbon cables...
Thank you!
