I have no idea what dongles these two apps are using but the problem if they are the same type is that each application may have been developed with a different version of the dongle's driver. This is just a guess.

Have you tried running spocket material through it yet ? Just slewing ? I remember this to be the same as a GS 15 but I thought the sprockets were different as we were marketing this plotter for a different market. I believe the drum can be upgraded to a standard GS.

If you are using Omega what version? Executing GQMGR select it's aboutbox and it should give you the version of the Warp Nine driver, should be 4,6,0,0. Also, if you are using a USB Gerber key make sure that the SafeNet (Sentenial) driver is configured NOT to look at the parallel ports.

When running GQMgr bring up the AboutBox, at the bottom it should display the version of the Warp9 driver installed on your machine. This driver is needed as a supplement to the ECP parallel port to get the high data rates to feed the Edge device.
