UPDATE: Finally, the technician decided to replace the possible faulty Cyan head with a new one...and at this stage I am glad a pay for an 'Extended Warranty' on my printer...lol. Unfortunately now the print quality when printing anything is not as good as before as it is very grainy, as before...

I have used 'Arlon 4600LX' medium term, and air release for flat and simple curves...although I have not removed this film as yet so not sure if it will remove cleanly....3M 180v3 is my film of choice if I want to remove it cleanly later on.

Results below that worked out great on my Roland VP 540....hope this...

Hello Todd, Thanks for the response...Cost was $150 in my countries currency....there are a few problems that arise from doing overseas work with supplied photos from clients...as I do my own photography with a reasonably good small camera, I can control the quality and also get the extra shots...

It is done totally in Photoshop from good high resolution 20 megapixel Camera data.
