All my service calls have been fixed same day, sometimes tech shows up in 30 minutes but I'm in a big city. 10+ colorado trained techs nearby, they have van full of parts
i actually used to take most of my trash to a nearby apartment complex as they had lots of dumpsters, I had way more trash that my home trash collection wanted to take
That's a hefty price when that size costs 8.5 cents at any of the big online sticker companies for 10k quantities. I would feel guilty charging that much
The printer can be printing 24hrs per day, at that volume the cost of service contract is negligible. If your running the printer an hour per day then yes the service contract price can seem high
Wouldn't be possible for me to compete online if I had to laminate the 3-4 rolls per day of the vinyl that I could laminate. extra $600 per day on laminate is a significant expense with no added benefit for most customers. Customers are happy without it and will not pay more
Why would you?
my unlaminated wall graphics have over 15k five star reviews on various marketplaces where the customers are very critical, most negative experiences are related to wall texture
Have you done any comparisons on laminated vs unlaminated?
Most of what I do is indoor graphics but I do a ton of stickers and other outdoor decals and I do not laminate. 0 issues and the unlaminated outdoor stuff I have in the Houston heat looks new after 4+ years.
I have test stickers on my...
Yes I use a ton of this stuff for labels, indoor decals and temp outdoor stuff. Hard to beat $135 for 60" x 150ft roll (I have to buy a 50 rolls at a time for that price) and prints/cuts/works great for economical stuff
This was my home setup for many years, not shown in the picture is a Roland VS300 printer and another room with tables etc. Produced over 1M/year revenue with this set up.
I would go with a different printer that does not require 220v. Eco solvent, open a window and have a fan blow out the...
My S2T died after about a year and a half of use after a few other problems. I knew I was in for some trouble after the roller lever broke off after a few months. Looks like that lever is still the same of the S3. Anyway I was happy once the S2T stopped working and got a few more Graphtec's.
Saw an ad for the just released summa s3
Looks like just some minor improvements over the s2, the 2 tool auto change (extra upgrade) being the biggest benefit it looks like. Hopefully this means Graphtec has something coming out soon
