Can you expand on this?

as far as markers go, I was told by someone who had a lot of experience with dry erase that Expo markers were the worst and stained. Strangely enough Expo seem to be everywhere you look... Quartet were supposed to be good as well as Staedtler and stay away from dollar store Chinese write...

Have one customer who sends me vector files out of Corel as eps and they were to large to email. He found if he turned preview off they reduced in size

Started last week...this moaning sound. If I push in on the turning knob it stops, but the moment I release it the sound starts again. It sounds like its a bit loose to the takeup roll but if you increase the pressure it gets louder and if you reduce it to go away it stops winding the vinyl...

I'm not sure I understand your problem. Does not your printer have 2 cartridges for each color? When one is empty it moves to the next cartridge and that empty cartridge can be swapped out over time. Maybe your printer is different...but you can put the machine into a nozzle wash and then turn...

Those backup files come in handy every once in a while but if it can't make one does it still save the new file?

All I know is that I have been using Flexi for printing since 2007 and have never seen anything like this before...I also have never converted a file into 256 colours either, so that could be the issue. Thanks for the help and the humour...

Thanks for all your input... This was just a normal vector drawing. The reason I converted to a tif file was that Flexi did not like some of the stroke data when it was sent across as an eps and some lines were missing, so to be safe I figured a bitmap would take care of those issues. The rip...
