Print environment is key to all.. May cost up front but well worth in the end!!
Rips, profiles and all are worthless without a controlled and consistant print flow..
We have 5 flatbeds 3 Vuteks which are hybrid 2 jeti's which are straight vacuum beds. Never once printed a board thicker than 1" on any of them..

Issue is that those machines are not meant for full on production. At $12k a unit it is what it is.
If you want true production and throughput for medium volume may want to consider more industrial machine like the lx600. Still kinda slow but light speed compared to those little boxes.

Bill is 110% on point. Brokers are a big part of our plants monthly revenue. The good guys are awesome and the bad brokers work with shops other than ours for a reason...
