    I haven't had great experiences with jig sawing something that thick. The blade bends which ends up giving you an inconsistent beveled edge. I'd recommend having it cut on a CNC.

    We've been wrapping police units to create B&W's for a few years now with success. It's rare for them to keep a vehicle in service for 5 years in our area so durability is not an issue at all.
