Everything is still working well. The market price for SREC's plummeted in Pennsylvania(we're in VA can sell in PA) due to oversupply and we were a month too late to stay registered in the DC market before they kicked out "out of staters" so that has impacted our ROI.

I agree that at the end of the day, it won't affect the bottom line for historical purposes.
My intent, however, is to calculate our overhead(indirect costs) to insure that our billing rates are accurate.
In my mind, sales time spent with potential clients who turn into actual orders would be direct costs. Time spent with potential clients who don't turn into actual orders would be indirect(overhead).
How would you classify talking to/emailing/meeting with clients(and potential clients), estimating and taking orders? Are they direct costs or indirect costs?

I'm not sure how thing 18 gauge is but we used to score .040 several times with sharp knife(box cutter) and then snap it on the edge of a table. It works in a pinch.
