This is a very common issue on the latex machines, it's been mentioned on here a few times, there are some settings you can use to help correct it but the general consensus is that it's the nature of latex machines and the high heat they need. A search will bring up the relevant threads.

I would have the client verify the total at the bottom is for 2 signs, the way it's worded on the estimate is fishy, I wouldn't put it past them to claim the client read the estimate wrong and the price was per sign, with a discount applied if 2 were ordered.

most of these are painted, not wrapped, with the viewing distance involved no one will be able to tell the difference.

3m ij35 is unbranded on the back, I haven't used it in a few years but I remember it was pretty good for decals.

I have found general formulations to shrink a lot more than other 3 mil vinyls, oracal 3651 seems to shrink very little.

Where in Canada In Ontario I recommend Daly Digital Grimco carries some of their products, also most of their briteline series of vinyl is just rebranded general formulations, it's pretty easy to tell which is which as they have reused the numbering system that GF uses. TCT graphic products...

Jesus, I've been running ad blocker plus for about 2 years on this site, I just turned it off to see what all the fuss was about. It's some of the most obtrusive ads I've seen in quite a while, I'll be keeping the ad blocker active for sure from now on.
