I put the same castors on my 2 tables as what is used in the video, they are expensive but awesome, the problem with standard locking castors is the even when locked, there is some wiggle in the table. With these castors, when the table is stationary the wheels are completely off the ground and...
your tax system down there sounds way more complicated than it needs to be!
Up here if we sell within province, we charge HST, if we sell to another province that also uses HST we charge HST and if we sell to a province that doesn't use HST, we charge no tax and it's up to the buyer to declare...
I've never heard of that, silvering usually goes away in a day or so, but if your laminator has heat that should eliminate the silvering.
Easy way to test his theory, buy a humidifier and see if there is a difference. Sometimes techs will give you answers like this when they can't admit that...
How do you handle a repeat order 6 months later when they originally got the lower price, but now need another identical sign next week and you're swamped? It's hard to come out of that without looking slimy.
I prefer to keep pricing consistent and be honest about lead times, most people...
My understanding is that the 60600 is the dual CMYK model and is blazing fast with really good colour and quality, the s80600 is slower but the red and orange inks make the gamut really jump, it claims you can hit over 98% of the Pantone book and I believe it
Actually I found this picture from the mural while it was printing showing the orange, the pic doesn;t do it justice, the orange is almost neon in person
We don;t use the white or silver, but we find the orange/red and light black ink help the gamut a ton, we have only ever run Roland machines before and the quality on the epson running 6 pass blows the roland running 18 pass out of the water.
I have some photos showing how bright the orange ink...
We've had an s80600 for 11 months now, what do you want to know, the machine is amazing, only complaint is the ink smell is quite strong, it's been a complete workhorse for us.
Unless Im missing something, judging by the 3m product sheet online it looks like ij180 without the air release channels, is there something I'm not seeing? Why not just order the ij180 that every single supplier has skids of in stock?
Even if it did exist, it wouldn't be very strong
Least expensive way to do this, get a sheet of white sheet steel, either from grimco or a roofing supply company, then use contact cement to apply it to a substrate like MDO or alupanel, and laminate the whole thing with dry erase laminate, use...
We run ours in a 16'x25' room with 9 foot ceilings, if we are running heavy coverage I can't spend more than about 15 minutes in the room without getting a headache, ever since I installed the air scrubber I havn't had that issue again. In our last shop the printer wasn't in it's own room just...
Is the acrylic cast or extruded? How are they finished? Saw or router or laser?
I agree that the 3mm acrylic is far too thin to use with standoffs, our bread and butter is interior signage like this, I would never use 3mm in this application, 4.5mm as a bare minimum. I bet someone either...
find out how many hours are on the machine and if the tube has been replaced, Trotec's are solid work horses (we have 2) If you are serious, find out how much trotec would charge to inspect the machine at the sellers shop before you buy, might save you some headaches
