You probably have the cables in the wrong order. The one head cable isn't just reversed, it has a different number of pins. Count the pins on your cables. Three should have 29 pins and one should have 28 pins. They need to be put in the correct places

Replacing the o ring should be fine. Unless the fitting has come loose then that is where they tend to leak

If it is a used board you have bought it will already have the settings from the old printer, so you should just be able to adjust these to suit yours

It looks like it could be the first joint is leaking, and the ink is running back along the pipe and then dripping down onto the bottom of the dock. If this is leaking it would also stop the cyan printing as it would be getting air into it. I would take that joint apart, clean it and put it back...

On the pic of the cartridge dock there is cyan ink at the base of the cyan dock and also looks like some ink under it, so that seems to be where your leak is ( unless its an old one ). The ink can often end up under the plate the docks sit on, so I would remove the dock and check under there too

It is likely it is leaking around the ink cartridge dock area. Take off the black metal cover at the back that covers them and see if there is signs of leaking ink in there. A clean will often draw enough ink into the head for a test print, but not enough to do actual printing. It sounds like...

Check the fuses on the main board. It is easy to blow them when changing a head, and if you do then the heads won't print.

The printers were never designed for use with holographic or mirror or reflective vinyl ( for most machines this wasn't even available at the time they came out! ). They use optical sensors, so if they get flooded with too much reflection from the material, they can't read where the head is...

The problem is they own the domain name. If their current web host bans them, they just move to another one, so there is pretty much no point reporting them :(

Printing small things every day costs next to nothing. It is certainly a lot cheaper than having to replace heads!

How long are you talking about it being idle? Solvent heads dont like having ink sitting in them, so if you sealed the head you are likely to do more damage. The best way to keep them working is to have fresh ink flowing through them regularly, so letting the printer do its automatic cleanings...

Message the seller and let them know you want to buy, but only if they can combine the shipping. Oddly the seller in the UK who sells them on ebay won't combine shipping either. You have to pay £10 per cartridge, then they send them all in one box that costs £10 to ship!

How did you clean the head manually in the first place? From the nozzle tests it looks like you have damaged it. First step would be to change the captops and see if that improves the test prints

The inks have nothing to do with it :) The printer doesn't know it is running 3rd party inks so won't behave any differently
