Ladder mesh. It's usually over in the concrete/cement/concrete block section where the rebar and such is. It's a simple matter of cutting it with bolt cutters.
It's the Pike Road School. By day 1 there were so many kickbacks, shady deals, double invoices, and "consulting fees" involved there wasn't any money left for signs. Give it another couple of years and there will be a big LED monstrosity out front that works about half the time.
I have never understood why this is such a problem for a majority of the planet. I refuse to accept the authority of signs with poor borders and bad kerning.
You see wraps, you see dimensional store front signs, you see big led lit monuments.....how come nobody has a contest for the kind of signs most of us make everyday?
Where is the "golf tournament hole sponsor" contest?

Told a guy this afternoon that the illustration and design work he wanted done was going to take me 10-12 hours and offered to do it for $300 if he can wait a week.
He just brought me a purchase order for $50 and said they approved this much.
The shop I work in wrapped a car in a Minecraft theme a few years ago....at MineCon the car ended up getting put on a red carpet in front of the building. I'd say they didn't mind.
When my kids were born we labeled a bunch of their bottles with their initials cut in Oracal 651 on one side and the other side with a label made from laminated IJ40. They were run through the dishwasher almost every day for a year. The factory printing washed off the bottles....the vinyl...

The US Cutter plotter will be fine for what you say you want to use it for. You don't need a production level workhorse to crank out a sticker set here and there. If you've got the room for a larger plotter get it, if you don't then at some point down the road you'll be kicking yourself.
