How much has that 200 sq ft of material in the trash cost you? I wouldn't want to pay it but sometimes you're better off sharing the profits to get the job done before you screw up so much there's no profit left.

You need to rethink your business plan. You should be asking "How much CAN I charge for a banner?" What is the MOST I can charge before customers quit ordering?" What materials can I make the most profit with while still not having to output grabage?"

We had the same problem. I figured out that if I turned off the profiles and just printed 100% Y and 0%CMK I get a damn near fluorescent yellow. With profiles off and printing PMS 108 the yellow is about perfect.

They used to have a section on their website with access to logos and images. The manager will have to log in to get access to them.

But you'd have to find the extrusion, and the self adhesive felt, and then find that sweet aluminum handle.

Right, they can't require you to change colors....they can tell you that if your logo doesn't conform to their color standards then your logo isn't allowable on your sign.
