After updating to firmware 01_18_13.1 and deleting the presets that the firmware adds, now I can't install new media and it errors saying substrate was not successful added. Available space is full. But I have deleted about a dozen media presets and still get this error.

If there is grays being used in the colors you can minimizing grain somewhat by building your output profile GCR to replace the grays with the 3 other colors. Other than that there is not much you can do with HP Latex printers since we can not do anything about HP's built in inking curves.

CM4 works fine with AI 2023 at least on the Mac. Not sure what the would need to change in CM5 other than for the installer to recognize AI 2023. Looks like CM5 only works with the latest cutters. Asks for a serial number for FC9000 for example and no FC8500 or FC8000 listed, so probably would...

I did that here on the Mac version of IL 2023. The plugins load but I have not tested it to see why they say it is not compatible. Anybody know why?

The PayPal Shipstation integration is just not very practical because it is so slow and takes way to much time to process and fulfill orders. I going to try Square with Shippo. How are peoples experience with that combo. Or maybe it is just way it is with stuff working on the cloud.
