I think you are better off checking with a iron fabrication shop, that will notch and weld the corners not waterjet.

Order a few different sample rolls from Amazon and see which works the best for your application. We typically use 2 different ones the white 40 mil not sure the series and the clear which is about 25 mil and we do get from Nglantz.

Like previously mentioned 3M carries- 3 or 5 mil in rolls and sheets.

Try Apoli or Eastern Metal Supply. We custom order it by the pallet. We use a brown color a lot so we order 1 side white and 1 side brown.

These come pretty handy, I do up to .080 aluminum, It will probably take me 10 years to payoff but at least I have rounded corners when I need them.
