Sorry, I skipped to the end. Do you apply vinyl to the substrate or print direct. If I cut the shape on router I would apply the vinyl on a light box to center the digital image. If you can't cut accurately after direct printed on material, print it on the table then align the cutout on it to print?
Hello everyone, I ran into problems with my printer. I'm getting an error message - scan motor error code: 0020 0020 and the red lights start flashing, does anyone have an idea of what it can be?
Like JBurton said, can you provide more info for us to help, cabinet only on existing pole are you providing stub pipe as well? Size?illlumination lamps or LEDS?
Hello fellow sign people, I've been thinking of products that are not easily produce for ex: Gemini or Steel Art letters that require special equipment or materials. I'm thinking of starting a business but not quite sure, I want it to be something that will be useful to everyone in the industry...
Styrene is a good durable thin material available in different mils, you should look into having someone laser cut if it's small lettering if not cnc router would work, but if you are talking about 1" letters you might need to do Gerber or other type of mask specially if it's an interior wall...
I'm curious to know how you landed it without knowing what pole system you needed? Try hooks and lattice. Your image is not clear with the box you have over it.
Everyone will have different opinions different advise, go to a trade show and see for yourself. Depending where you are manufacturers will let you test them out. I'm in CA so it's easy to go to a manufacturer or rep to sample it out.
We have the model 26 and we had an older 410 the godfather of the accubends but it passed away also due to software issues. I don't think is fixable according to CC. So we are looking to do another 26 or maybe the ACE. Just wanted to see what the set backs are on the ACE?
They cause too many shadows even when using their specifications for spacing and depths. The modules we went with are 6watts ea. Super bright and even lighting on this 14' x 14'. Here is a 16ft x 36ft df cabinet with the same led.
