    How deep are you doing the cabinet to slide over the existing pole, will you need a stub pipe. Is it going to be led or lamps. We move everything to led. Here is one we are installing the led bars ( AA LEDs in Cali) this one is going to Spring TX.

    Like Mike mentioned, depending on what you are trying to achieve is the product you will need to use. We've used both flexible and rigid like GE and Sloan. GE contour product need to be heated but hold the letter shape really well. You can also route the acrylic and routed to give the neon look...

    It looks pretty simple, the cooper material looks very glossy specially for a directory / ada plaque. I think the cooper was painted with a candy paint finish on silver brushed and then they added the lettering.

    I've use this before and worked great. I painted a steel bracket well over a year and left it outside to test out and still looks good rain and shine. Here is a directory that we painted with it and super smooth using a foam roller. We did about 30 of these.

    So the face slides in on a retainer/ divider bar? you should be able to find it that size we even order custom sizes down here. It's a big price difference to use polycarb, .080 will be less expensive than that. I don't see why acm wouldn't work

    You can order them online from a wholesaler for .89 sq. = $5.40ea. x 11= $ 59.40 you would be at $70.29 with shipping taking that you don't need to do anything with artwork let alone 11 different artworks, is just not worth it. IMO
  19. To Laminate, or Not To Laminate?

    You can do wet lam, you will need 2 people but it shouldn't take more than 5 min. Use a large window squeegee to lay it flat then a silkscreen squeegee to finish it. After a few of these you can buy a Seal laminator.

    Well said Equippaint, maybe banners or real estate signs to local businesses if you only have a printer or plotter.
