Hi guys, a quick question: Can the summa cut all the way through on film material such as backlight? I have to print and cut thousands of prints 16" x 60". My fotoba could take care of that except this job will have 3 rectangular holes spread in the middle of the prints. It's an effect the...
  4. HP L25500 Banding

Change the head cleaning kit? It might be something wrong with it. Or it might be something grown with a printing head that leaks a bit of ink when printer is off or on sleep. Hasn't happened to me but it would make sense.

  6. HP L26500 Questions

The Print quality with the right profile is very very good. The speed/quality mix is as top as it gets in the price range. I run the printer over night with no issues. I would say 90% it finishes the roll without trouble. It depends more in the media. With vinyl if you don't finish the roll...

  13. L25500 vs L26500

They are very similar,, only difference i see the L26500 can print 2 sides and has a more glossy ink. And that the L26500 can hold heavier rolls. I dont see the need to have both since I dont see any advantage on the L25500 over the L26500, the printer price would be the only one.

  20. L25500 vs L26500

I have both L25500 and L26500. I seen the new inks are easier to dry in some materials. Those material that in the edges of the prints didn't dry in the L25500, they do dry in the L26500 with the same profile. Specially on plastics like backlights, lexan, etc.
