Yes, more details are needed, also assuming routing. I would scope as tig welding tabs onto the poles and then routing the "signs" so the tabs and signs are a solid piece. Guessing they want the "signs" to be powder coated since the frame is being powder coated. reading the specs, have...
  5. grainy yard signs

What was the quality of the photo used? when you proofed the sign did you list any concerns of the quality or DPI? Have you seen these "grainy" signs? In the future, it is usually a good idea to get the products shipped to you for inspection before the client sees them.
  6. How would you handle this situation?

Like stated, you handled correctly. the lower the QTY, the higher the unit cost. if they want the better price, need to have a higher QTY per order. If they want a sample, great do just that. make a sample with YOUR company information on it. They can see the quality, speed and decide from that.

  18. Monument sign banner coverup bag

We make a banner oversized, so it is long enough and tall enough to wrap around. starting and ending on the same side, then lace the top together and if sized right the top lace will also connect the side lace (start & end edge) then lace the bottom so the wind doesn't get into the "upside-down bag"

What type of rivets do you have? most of the time with cast and pop rivets, you cover them with the vinyl. if we have to use paint, just make sure it is the same finish as the vinyl Gloss = Gloss Matte = Matte This will help if there is a slight color shift
  20. Prepping for Installs

+1 about what the intent of the question is. +1 for having the tools/equipment prepped and ready. yes, you will need different tools for vinyl onto glass than stud mounted lettering, but if you have all the tools sorted and organized it is just a matter of collecting and leaving. or in Texas...
