What it appears to be doing right now is a light hovers over the first small square in the bottom right and then it moves to the back to a square in the back right and then across and then to the front and the light hovers over each small square.

Superior Adam, you are cutting 3mm ACM at 8 inches a second with the smaller router head? Also what type of life are you getting out of the Zund 154 bit?. Are you pre printing and then cutting with registration?

We have a few JFX200 flatbeds and one of them has a very high pitched whiny sound has the head goes back and forth. Is this a full Y motor replacement?
Also another printer is saying replace Y motor brushes. I suppose this could be the problem with both? Any sood sources out there for the Y...
Well shoot Adam...that is who we use for our ACM. We are going to a get a few sheets from them hopefully from another lot and see if it helps. I sure do hope so, we would really love to use it more! Adam have you run into bad batches with MAXMETAL?
