This thread is still helping people in January 2024! Just discovered yesterday that ProEdge Systems went out of business. We've used our system only a handful of times since about 2005. I just contacted TrimUSA to order more trim.

Yes, we have wiped the board before printing, and still seen the defect.

How did this turn out?

Newspapers consist of ADDING ink to a substration at varying dot size for halftones, where the tumbler needs to have material REMOVED. It's the opposite manufacturing process.

Here are examples of other deliveries of board with similar issues. These look like suction cups used to move the boards around or stack them on pallets.

We use lots of this material on our HP Latex 570 (Ultraflexx DSS 12oz. blockout banner) but we're having issues with wrinkling, possibly due to heat. My operators are saying with less heat, the ink doesn't dry. How can we improve output?

Can you share images of your output? Colex support recently contacted us with instructions, but it's good to have comparison samples.

What about updates to the printer PC? Are Windows updates available?
