I have the same machine, and sometime I get same problem. I have had to turn my heat way down so I now run 31/33/50 and I loosen material off the roll so there isn't as much strain . My yellow is same as yours, barely viewable. good luck

Hello, thanks for the info. I gave it a try but unless I am doing something wrong...although it is a much bigger image the pixelation is still really bad. I guess maybe it's a bit better but not enough for me to see any real difference. I will play around with it more but thanks.

I'm a newb so my input is less than 2 cents however you are assuming that she will leave and never come back. If she liked your quality she will be back as she knows its consistent. If she was that important of a client you would make time to get her labels done. imho
