You have more than me. The ones I have for my 1642 aren't even correct or accurate with my machine either. Not 1 of them has the heat settings correct I literally have to turn down the heat on every single one.

Dang your issues went on for 6 months though? How much money do you figure you have lost and stress etc. That machine would have been out the door within first month. You're patience is pretty remarkable!

Hello, no i can actually see the edges on the vector an they are all jagged. Just not sure how to make them smooth. I'm sure there must be some sort of setting either in flexi or photoshop. Thanks though
