It's not the humidity or nozzle or profile because I don't have the problem when printing other files using the same profile. It happens when I use a print/cut file with crop marks etc. I'm wondering if there is a connection there.

Check your cyan ink and do a test print to make sure cyan is firing. Green minus cyan = yellow.

Wow...printing with no heat? I only turn off heat for contour cutting. I turn it down for some materials. As long as your vacuum is up and perhaps tension on back and front, should be no problem unless you're printing on low thread (denier) count vinyl banner material. It's not your rollers...
