Here are a few pictures just from my phone of jobs we have been working on this week. The 14 inch calf logo is for a company in California that require trimless letters. The 2 was a demo for a sign company that needed 300 letters made in 10 days. That was too much too soon so I had to be...
I thought I would respond to my own question since i didnt get much help from others on this question and some time has passed. I started doing many things but using google ads to sell trimless channel letters has worked the best so far with trade shows coming in second. I usually browse the...
thanks for the compliment. I can do a basic trimless channel letters like this 6 in. Letter A in prefinished white with acrylic face for $100 min. or $12 and upright inch for the time being so dont be afraid to send me a quote request. We are a small company and cant handle too much work...
Do you use the blue or olive 810s paint mask from oracal? I really appreciate the comments. I think my paint job might be too hot and heavy. I need to make the chamfered part of acrylic opaque and it requires a thicker coat. I might need to do a thin coat of a color that is more opaque first...
As if making a trimless channel letter wasnt already challenging enough, I have clients that request that the lip of a trimless channel letter not be edge lit but that the return color is seamless with vinyl face. Usually there is a small lip that will light up white from the side. My solution...

Ally Wholesale would be your best bet for standard channel letters. My company focuses on trimless edge channel letters if you want something a little fancier. www.jigsign.com We are located outside of Dallas amd Ally Wholesale is near San Antonio.
The best Clincher is the Norlok. https://norlok.com/product/letterlok/ I wouldn't buy anything from Computerized Cutters. The advantage of a clincher is that they don't use consumables. But they are a little slow and putting in the wrong gauge of material can break the machine...
Hello JBurton, I own a small company that specializes in trimless channel letters that can be fabricated with clean edges and even illumination similair to the aforementioned acrylic block letters but with some distinct advantages.
Check with Apex and Wicox in San Antonio. They upgraded to SDS Automation Benders and might still have and Accubend collecting dust. Not sure which models.
I'm wondering what would be the most effective way to market a new wholesale product to the sign industry. We are located in the Dallas area and make specialty channel letters--essentially nicer looking channel letters without trim cap. We are UL listed and our trimless letters can be made...
