How big are your reg marks? Sometimes making larger marks will help. Another thing to try is hold a fingernail on the side of the media too see how bad it "walks"or "skews" as it tries to read the marks. If it's walking a good distance (over 1/4") you might try purposely rotating the media a bit...

What do you mean by a "detailed EPS"? Does the file use a gradient fill. Sometimes a gradient fill will get broken into "stepped colors" to make up the gradient which will "bloat" the file. i.e. create too many shapes.

Why does 4Over's business card templates indicate a 1/16" bleed. Thought the standard was 1/8"? When I asked they even verbally said 1/8". So which is it? And why do the eps templates only have crop marks? Makes no sense to me.

Depending on what software you want to run I'd stick to intel. AMD of any sort doesn't play well with others.

I'll take pdf over eps if gradients are present. And can't stress enough about how to properly create a pdf. In Corel you can put a check in the "Convert Fonts" tab. This is absolutely a must when creating pdf's. It's a little more tedious to do in illustrator but it can AND SHOULD be done...
