I'd use an actual swan silhouette and give everything a little more breathing room around the sign's perimeter as I've illustrated here. I like the use of the Tiffany font, my only gripe is I'm not sold on the k's with that little doohicky extending upward.

We use Craftsman digital levels and they allow you to calibrate the level off of a reference point. Once you turn them off and back on again, they recalibrate to true zero.

We get asked this question from time to time, as well, but I think it's generally because people want a cheaper option than vinyl. Judging by the price of the Roland paper, it would still be much more economical to print on calendered vinyl.
A solid steel hanger might be a nice option to not take away from the architectural beams above, as well. Ornamental Post and Panel would have some nice hanger options and I second Peachtree Foamcraft.
