This might be a strange question, but when did you letter the vehicle originally?

I've seen a font with those weird cut ins, I just can't remember the name of it. I would guess this is probably that font but edited.

Both were in our garage bay when lettered which is temperature controlled.

It's seems like it's always a rollercoaster but I've been steady since I'd say early March. Ended up getting a couple large jobs from a business group that kept us busy early this year and put a pretty penny in our pocket.

Incorrect. Edge prints don't need to be laminated. That's the joy of foil over ink. I'm attaching a photo of a sign we just took down in the last week or so because the pharmacy went out of business. The sign was made in 2007 and the marble effect is black Edge print on grey vinyl. 12 years...

DFS is another vendor that would be able to pull this off. Personally, I prefer them to 4over. They package their products nicely so you don't need to repackage to give to the client. They double check files to make sure everything will print right and their customer service is beyond awesome.

Strange. Everyone I've told this to had the same measurement. You're not supposed to stretch it out as far as you can. It's more relaxed. And apparently, easier to show in person. :)

The Ss look slightly different so either they've been modified, are U/C and L/C or it's not a font. I personally don't have a match for this.
