It's not your vinyl or which cleaner you're using. It's a residue on the glass. Had the same thing happen here. Everyone is putting crap on their vehicles to make water just run off and that's what happened here.
I use straight denatured alcohol to clean everything. If I go to apply to...
Must be our area, Gino, because I'd be in your price range for the signs. I'd actually be around $270 for just one, but would do the same of offering a discount at the quantity. But I would also be doing vinyl prints and applying since we don't have a flat bed. I'd be in high 100s if it's...
I was kinda thinking the same thing. I've never experienced this problem with my Edge before, but I would assume that if you're having problems with it staying in place, then you need to make a permanent fix that isn't just pushing the plug in harder each time.

Doesn't look like a fuzzy jpeg because there are differences. The jpeg has straighter parts that aren't there in the original picture. Not that it helps, because I have absolutely no idea what the font is, but it definitely looks like a font.
I prefer to use Gerber foils just because I have the most success rate with them. AND if there's ever anything wrong with a print and I need to call Gerber, I can say I'm using their foils and vinyl.
That said, I do keep some ZeroNine foils in stock. Basic colors to use for quick decal runs...
Since you haven't used this before, I would ask if your ink is compatible with the material because it looks like it's not. It looks like it's not drying properly and it sitting on top of the vinyl.
I'm assuming you've printed on this material in the past without an issue.
Have you tried a test print on an area that you cleaned super well? I don't run wide format, but sometimes I get rolls of vinyl where my foils on my Edge don't adhere and you get a look like this and it turns out that...
Those samples are from JPS. I have the exact same ones in my showroom. I'd recommend them to anyone for dimensional sign outsourcing.

Contact them. They once got in specialty reflective material for me because my client was insistent having a particular brand. It's a custom order and will cost more than book price, but again, if you don't want to deal with the hassle, it's worth it.
Edge would be your best bet, I think, for printing in house. Short of that, I'd look into Stouse and see if they'd be able to help you out with this if you just don't want the hassle.
For both business and personal, I use a planner. The weekly schedule is on the left and there's writing space on the right. I use the writing space for vendors and outsourcing notes. A full yearly calendar at the front where I mark deadlines and other dates. Notes section in the back for...
