    Media comp can be adjusted in the machine or RIP. Check your RIP settings first and make your adjustments in the RIP whenever possible.

    Sounds cheap enough. it has to be worth your while to turn your machines on. The training/space/electrical/HVAC doesn't pay for itself, neither does a $5000 slitter. I can't see how you could produce a reliable machine at that price point, the blades alone are $$$.

    I completely agree, this is my process also. Recently I have tried to make all of my layers as placed smart objects and work at 50% scale at low res to speed up the design process. When the art is approved I will change my resolution and scale up to 100% (actual) size and save my flattened TIF.

    We aren't a supplier, but we have our own slitter here. The only local supplier I know of with a slitter is Schaaf in Cincinnati.

    For high res, you're gonna have to make your own. I ran into this and didn't want the repeating tiles look. FYI, fence boards are easy to come by and photograph well. Post-process in Photoshop into the final desired product.

    I have maybe 15 feet, but it looks pretty old. I would suggest printing the color with a spectratone match then cutting that.
