I've been coming here for what seems like a life time.
This place has had it's ups and downs,
One thing I could never understand is when someone would block someone else, I figured just don't read them if you you can't stand them
Well, I kinda jokingly blocked gino about 4 months ago and...
You get what you pay for.
Large companies will never be able to produce quality, they can't ,their too big and their employee's just don't care enough.
One of my customers is a large beer company, they print their own signs for just about everything, except when they want something done right...
doesn't sound like you can add much to the process. get better at what you are doing and just keep chugging along. sounds like you have much to learn. pay attention and learn.
customers are more expensive to get than machines and software.
buying a 20k machine doesn't mean you have a business, it means you spent 20k on a printer.
being a business owner is sooooo much more than making more than your current wage.
of course, but stating that they are tax deductible is just stupid. you are taxed on your profit, everything else is an expense. So stating the obvious when talking about not wanting to pay CC fee's is....just like i said, quite possible the stupidest thing i've ever read on this forum...
that was quite possibly the dumbest thing i've ever read on here.
99% of my transactions are checks or direct bank transfer, but i do have a paypal here slider for those that slip thru the cracks and can only pay with a CC
90% of my work is event based timing. i give a deadline for artwork, if i receive artwork after deadline they have been warned that completion of project is no longer guaranteed. i try my best, but i don't stress about it.
measure how much the vinyl will travel in and out of the valleys and stretch the logo out the same.
hinge on the side. I have done this before and it looks great.
That's pretty stupid.
Googling a low tack removable vinyl is one thing, getting recommendation for one from fellow sign guy holds just a little more weight than Google I would guess...
My kids say this to me, It's something they learned in School from all the anti-Bullying.... it's kinda meant as a joke, you must be too old to get it...
