It's not scrim.... more of a blockout banner material..... not gloss either... really nice stuff... but I think it was meant for inkjet large format... not ecosolvent

So I got a bunch of free rolls of this nice xerox banner material.... meant for a xerox large format.....
I tried it on my Xr- 640 and it looks nice, but the edges aren't crisp, so it's obviously bleeding a bit....
Is there anything i can do (less ink, change profile etc) to make this work...

2ndly, has anyone seen either the skull or pistons before anywhere?.......I can tell they've been just pasted together as they have different shading styles........ but if anyone knows, could save me a ton of time

I do the same thing except with 2 pages ( 1 artwork, 1 cut) output as PDF, load it into versa, set all the settings.... then print page 1 , and then cut page 2

Yes it does.... 99 percent of my jobs are sent from Corel as pdfs..... using Roland colours and a cut line .... no issues, aside from that transparency thing

Ok so I've been asked to do some lettering on the back of a 82 vw pickup
All I'm doing is recolouring the existing stamped lettering....
I have an existing vehicle template subscription but the lettering on it and what's on the truck don't look exactly the same.....

So can someone suggest tips about increasing pressure on the rollers.... I know how (ie remove side covers and tighten Allen heads on pressure springs) but how do I know what's too much or too little etc.....

Ya it's weird, I've run a roll or two of this before with no issues..... maybe I need to adjust the pressure between the rollers
