So I got a bunch of free rolls of this nice xerox banner material.... meant for a xerox large format..... I tried it on my Xr- 640 and it looks nice, but the edges aren't crisp, so it's obviously bleeding a bit.... Is there anything i can do (less ink, change profile etc) to make this work...

I do the same thing except with 2 pages ( 1 artwork, 1 cut) output as PDF, load it into versa, set all the settings.... then print page 1 , and then cut page 2 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes it does.... 99 percent of my jobs are sent from Corel as pdfs..... using Roland colours and a cut line .... no issues, aside from that transparency thing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
