No adhesion issues at all with film on UV Prints. We turn the heat up some to allow the adhesive to flow to avoid as much silvering as possible. We do this day in and day out with a 5 year lam....the prints look great

These guys are ex refi techs and have parts and such. Might be able to assist as well. I dealt with them in the past and are a standup outfit.
From my experience with Vutek over the years, it typically IS proprietary. Though there are parts outlets that carry used or refurbished items. May want to google and shop around.
Site took a dump and they're working on it. Trying for it myself as well....
Thankfully, I have only cut hours...and not laid people off. We have work coming in and are sustaining the hours I have available to my guys but that's about it. Shop is clean...maintainence to be done....some work...
Thats correct. The PPP turns into a grant as long as you utilize at the MINIMUM of 75% for your PAYROLL only. Paperwork and such has to back this up. Pretty easy to adhere to actually. Rest is good for rent, utilities and such.
Understood. Happy to say though It was funded on Friday evening by my bank. Ill consider myself a lucky one. But another tidbit of info:
Chase Bank shuffled Paycheck Protection Program small business applications, lawsuit says
Saw this news article this morning.
64 inch laminator is way to go. Seal is decent....Kala is ok. QMLS in CT sells other models as well. Depending on your budget you can spend 20k just for the laminator or just under 10k for something to start with. Grimco is a good company to deal with & takes care of their clients. IMO anyway.
I submitted last week and all the paperwork for disbursement was filled out and signed by myself today. They are actually working on closing the loan with the docs.
I just put in all the paperwork for our PPP loan. Should be funded soon thankfully. MY bank...Columbia Bank here in NJ is regional but really good. Happy to have that behind me now.
The take-up roll/core should just be removed from the shaft and a new one put on. All 3 laminators we have had have a take-up shaft for putting a 3 inch core onto.
We received the EIDL yesterday at $1k per employee basically. I also got word that the PPP was approved by my bank and paperwork is being sent soon. THOUGH since it has run out of funds, not sure where that's going as of right now.:(
Take a roll of Backer paper and run it thru the laminator. Lined up one side and the other. You can check the tracking that way and adjust accordingly.
