  1. EPSON S30670 black printhead completely clogged

Search EBay for the service program. It can be purchased and downloaded. Anytime you run cleaning fluid through the lines, you need to do an ink charge to completely clear the cleaning fluid out of the system. I just "repaired" a similiar Epson that was missing 1 channel each on the both heads...

  3. EPSON S30670 black printhead completely clogged

Since you ran cleaning fluid through the system, you need to do an "ink charge". You will need the service program to do this.
  4. Can VSi not print "good" red?

It's not about the single ink limits being "off", it's what are they at now. If they are less than 100, you may want to increase them and reprofile. Those values control how much of that color is available for the profile and if they are too low, you will be restricting the ink available when...
  5. Can VSi not print "good" red?

When you did your single color ink limits, are the magenta and yellow limits reduced at all? If so, you might try to increase them to give you more of those colors to create your reds. Make a new profile with those inks having a higher ink limit and see if that helps.
  6. Need Help roland sp330v scan motor issues

I presume you did the encoder steps before doing the aging? Did you move the head carriage by hand? How did it feel? Any resistant spots?
  7. Need Help roland sp330v scan motor issues

Did you do the following? Linear encoder, linear calibration and scan aging in service mode for about 10 complete movements to distribute the oil into the bearing blocks. If you have done these, go to cap and wiper control in service mode, lower the caps, and move the entire carriage back and...

  11. Question Sc545ex- ethernet issues (bios mode)

Don't know about stopping the "server service" other then opening task manager and looking for it there. Perhaps accessing the print server as shown above and either restarting or selecting default settings to see what it does.
  12. Question Sc545ex- ethernet issues (bios mode)

Not finding much. I would suggest resetting the network card on the printer, connecting the computer directly to the printer for this step and try assigning the IP address through the Intercon tool. Provided that works, then hook it up through your switch. Please update...

  14. EPSON SURECOLOR P5000

The next step will be to get the Adjustment Wizard program for that model of printer. You will need to search online to find it.
  15. Need Help roland sp330v scan motor issues

This issue can also be caused by a dirty carriage rail and buildup around the bearing blocks. You can test this by going into service mode, lowering the caps and moving the cut and head carriage by hand . This cleaning and lubrication probably need to be done anyway on a printer that old...

Go into the cutting menu and turn off "Prefeed". See if that does it.
  19. Question Roland XR-640 print quality

It looks like ink bleeding from lack of drying fast enough. Try printing a picture and see if it has a watercolor look. If so, it's the heat setting. Bump your heat settings up as suggested by Zoogee and see if that improves things.
