I'm presuming you are sending EPS files for print-cut jobs. Go to edit your queue setting, under file format section, set your EPS margin to .1 inch or 2 mm. This will give you back the space you are looking for for weeding.

Be sure your PSD file is flattened. Try saving it as an EPS. PSD layers can impact your image in Onyx.

Reading back through this thread, I see you replaced the caps, but bought them on EBay. Are these Roland OEM caps? If not, I suggest you replace all of them with original Roland OEM caps. After market caps are known to have issues. Then try your cleaning cycle again and see if you are pulling ink.

You cannot print directly to the printers from Photoshop, you have to print from the Versaworks. I suspect your were sending files to a hot folder in Versaworks previously, and that link was messed up by a Windows update.
