    Have you tried closing VW and restarting it, or running as Administrator? We've run into this with older versions and rebooting always fixes it.

    Here you go........not pretty but it works. Pretty sure we just used 1" dowels. I'm not even sure what the little tightening part is called but we have those on the ends so you can swap out rolls. I can take a better pic of that part if you guys want it. I think we get the 3" to 1" plugs...

    Ours is very similar but we use 3" to 1" plugs so that the rolls don't wobble around when pulling mask off. I'll see if I can get a pick when I'm back down in shop.

    Wow, thanks for this! I use the spacebar trick all the time but hate having to delete the extra copy everytime. That first trick with right click while dragging is going to come in handy. I also use right click & drag then "copy here" quite a bit.

    Are your pinch rollers all in the correct positions? (Sorry to ask) Is the vinyl being loaded perfectly straight? If you lift pinch rollers and adjust/compensate for the skew, does it correct the issue or still walk in the same direction?
