Here you go........not pretty but it works. Pretty sure we just used 1" dowels. I'm not even sure what the little tightening part is called but we have those on the ends so you can swap out rolls.
I can take a better pic of that part if you guys want it. I think we get the 3" to 1" plugs...
Ours is very similar but we use 3" to 1" plugs so that the rolls don't wobble around when pulling mask off.
I'll see if I can get a pick when I'm back down in shop.
Wow, thanks for this! I use the spacebar trick all the time but hate having to delete the extra copy everytime.
That first trick with right click while dragging is going to come in handy.
I also use right click & drag then "copy here" quite a bit.
Glad to hear that helped, despite the Oce being on it's way out the door. I'd be curious to know how the transition has been going from an Oce to SwissQprint.
If you've come up with all that from scratch, you'll find that Filemaker is a walk in the park. Really impressed with what you've designed there.
I've started some rudimentary costing spreadsheets over the years and even dabbled in Filemaker for a bit, but always get caught up in needing to...
You don't ever want to apply wrap (or any air-egress) film wet.
You just need some practice, and lots of it. Successfully wrapping vehicles isn't something that can by achieved by buying wrap film and throwing it on a vehicle, which from the sounds of it you've learned already.
Watch some...
Sorry I can't help with that, but I'll be following.
We also spend way too much time with Onyx color/named color replacements and I'd love to streamline this process moving forward.
Are your pinch rollers all in the correct positions?
(Sorry to ask) Is the vinyl being loaded perfectly straight?
If you lift pinch rollers and adjust/compensate for the skew, does it correct the issue or still walk in the same direction?
