Amazing! You guys put out some awesome work.
How do the faces get attached on the trimless letters? Is there an undersized letter behind that gets glued to the returns?
(I really don't know much about channel letters but can definitely appreciate the hard work that goes into making these)
Agreed. This whole thing has been pretty embarrassing to say the least.
Everyone has been understanding but I can do without getting lectured by clients at big companies that have IT departments and have enough time on their hands to open investigations over this matter............
Politics aside, I see value in importing certain things when the savings are undeniable. Not sure I'd test that theory with digital media or something that needs to perform for the customer, but hey to each their own.
For example, Heavy Duty knife blades for our Summa flatbed. $5.6 USD...
The google man walked me through all of this. All mumbo jumbo settings to me but it seems like it worked. Apparently takes a couple days for it all to kick in but hopefully that will stop the spoof emails.
My email was compromised at the beginning of the year and they managed to copy a bunch of email trails from a 2-3 month period.
The hacker(s) have been sending out phishing emails that (at first glance) look like they're coming from my email address, replying to these old emails from clients...

Have you checked out 3M IJ180mC-114? It's made for what you're describing, and has air-release so behaves like a normal wrap film.
You can physically print on laminate but I don't think it'll have the same QC standards as a printable film, and you'll be forced to do it wet.
Doable, but using...
Sorry, didn't mean to come across as attacking you.
Not that jfiscus needs me coming to his rescue... but it just seemed like you were picking apart the fact that he's nice enough to share his hard work with the forum.
I get that accepting the fact that you'll get stiffed on occasion will make it easier to swallow, but 2% bad debts is way too much for my liking.
We very rarely get stiffed and will work with customers (nicely or not-so nicely) to make sure that they pay their bills.
Then again we don't work...
Wow is that ever strange.
If it's only happening in one location my guess would be something environmental at that plant is causing it.
Rapid temperature fluctuations? Rapid rise/drop in humidity? Something has to different in the environment for that location.
Does it just suddenly...
