Yikes, that's a huge color shift. If you reprint the original file, does it print the same as your original samples? If so, I would suspect that something changed during the export process, or another profile/quickset was used. Different color replacement in Job Editor perhaps?

Man those are cheap! Would love to see how well it mounts/how true the rollers are. We've mounted hundreds of small signs/plaques this week and running through big laminator isn't super efficient.

We're supposed to be creating a couple of signs similar to the attached for our customer. What I'm thinking is use 6mm ACM as the substrate, digitally printed background (cast vinyl) and use 1/2" white acrylic w/ VHB for the letters, and some kind of acrylic sandwich for the logo. Am I crazy...

No it hasn't actually, we're still having lots of nozzle dropout and they move all over the head. Cleaning seems to make it worse. I've run a bunch of air purges, nozzle clean, hard cleans etc etc. and am still having issues. Struggled to print 3 rolls on it last week but out of nowhere it...

In that case, I agree. You would think it would be fairly consistent across the board unless you're buying huge volumes of it.

I've had it slip doing cut/route only jobs a few times, it's a PITA because it has no idea where it's picking up on the next segment. I don't trust multi-segment cut only jobs anymore on this thing. I've gone as far as printing regmarks just so it would have something to read.
