THANK YOU. That's a huge pet peeve of mine when I see companies incorporate that into their logo designs. It's a waste of space and distracts away from what should be the main focus....the company NAME.

Yikes, that's not good. New head should have solved that. Did they replace the ink lines and any other parts along the ink train for the W channels? Probably settled/clogged somewhere along the way.

Definitely. I don't trust that thing to print for more than 30 mins without checking on it. Print/cut into a box - full roll no problem. Print onto take-up - constant buckling and eventually head strikes.

Does it show errors beside the job? Are there any errors coming up on the console? Can Onyx see the printer if you click on info "i" button? Have you tried re-loading the file and/or trying a different file with same quickset? Like balstestrat, mentioned, try cycling through placement...

Yep. We're about to do the same with their ridiculously overpriced premask, SCPS-55. They're now charging over $500 a roll (Canadian Pesos) and we're starting to run into issues with it.

Yeah they do go away with heat/sun, but it sucks having to go through all the hoops to make a "premium" product look good. Oraguard 290 gloss and Avery 1060Z don't have this problem and actually have a nicer finish as far as I'm concerned.
