That is the correct percentages that make it 23K. The prices are a little higher than my supplier. My supplier is http://www.framemasters1969.com/23-karat/ fyi, and they sell double weight, which is 3 3/8" sq, and "single weight", which is 3 1/8" square.

+1. I got burned by Avery reflective years ago, and I won't even entertain the idea of using Avery reflective. I would much rather use 3M or Oracal.
