+1. I've done that on several projects, and it works well. When i bond them, I use a combination of clear silicone and vhb tape. The last project that I did I used 3/4" pvc backer, brushed aluminum face, and on top of that I put 1/4" pvc letters custom painted to match the customers logo...

I have a customer that has asked if I can furnish a mask so that he can sandblast glass mugs. The size is only 3" x 2.5", and my concern is that the logo is too small to work. Is there a special type of mask to use? When I was asked about it, before thinking, I said not a problem...

The issue that I have with the schedule is the classes that I want to take are both on Thursday (both of the gold leaf classes). The major issue is the first class ends at 10:30, and the exhibit hall doesn't open until 3, whisk is when the second class starts. So what is there to do for 4 1/2...

I've noticed that Corel does that. It's a pain in the butt, but I always seem to have to make a second set of copy / numbers, convert to curves, and then recenter it. I keep the unconverted text off to the side so that if I ever have to go back, I know what font I used.
