good luck, you will make approx 0 dollars doing this type of work. small runs are never profitable, unless you don't put a dollar amount on your time.

We direct print stuff like this, but before flatbed times, we used IJ35C WITH Oracal 210 Lam. Great combo.

our guys are "rented out" for $1200 a day minimum.

Jay, you're absolutely spot on.. Nothing Truer has been said. Flatbeds are meant for production, production production. Sure there's artsy fartsy printers out there, but if you're printing at 20 pass doing 4 4x8's a day...good luck making money.

anyone using a UV printer for vehicles wraps..needs to educate themselves. Also - You should look at the R1000 or 2000 from HP before purchasing.

Let me say it again. I've LITERALLY owned almost every printer listed here - and nothing comes close to HP in terms of COST to output ratio. The no cure time alone is just worth so much. As mentioned above, people set crazy standards that most clients don't expect.. and if they do.. i seriously...

I will literally never purchase any other large format 60" printer unless its an Hp latex. I've had them all they all look down to that machine. I definitely would never touch a mutoh in my life ever again. I've heard only bad things about the newer rolands, and they're having a lot of problem...

We have the basic router. It routes everything you listed no problem.. a bit slower, then the big boys, but again entry level machine its to be expected.. but it does the job right. We through cut and kiss cut mostly without issue. Banner, no issue. Posers.. no issue... super fast/easy and just...

You have to go into it with the mindset that it's an entry level machine. But even so, it's phenomenal for the money. We were buying a ZUND/ESKO - and the deal fell through, i feel like it was a blessing. This is $120,000 cheaper, and essentially does the exact same thing. It is less automated...

Thanks to Phil Johnson over at airmark. He got our flatbed cutter delivered and installed so quickly. Their tech Jeremy is A+. Highly recommend

LOW VOc may play a part in it, but wrong vinyl for the application. IJ480 is what you want

Never really had an issue with grimco. Our local guys always go beyond for us. Can't vouch for other states, but my guys literally bend backwards for us. As for pricing, They've given me the best pricing on the things i buy the most of. Can't speak for other things. Good people IMO.

Graphtec overall is the biggest piece of shi*t.
