I wouldn't mount to second surface vinyl. The vinyl adhesive will be the weakest link and over time the acrylic will slide down the vinyl and/or the vinyl will pull away from the plex where the pads are glued. The adhesive is fluid. The warmer it gets the faster it will flow. Been there done...

Template 180 will Work fine if you don't stretch it like crazy, post heat, and use a small amount of primer in trouble areas.

If your going to be responsible for removal, i wouldn't use 380.... Templets are less than $25 and you've spent more than that in labor looking for a work around.
