Here is an illustration of what Speedsterbeast is talking about. Imagine the vehicle cut in half horizontally and your looking down from the drivers side door top.
3M IJ180CV3 is a great product and probably the most widely used. Most people either love it or hate it (think PC vs. MAC or Adobe vs. Corel)
There are a lot of things that could cause this type of failure:
First if it's a dark print and you didn't let the solvents cure out before you...
When I was doing ADA, we used cores to roll the liner off of new and old plex. If you can get 6" of the liner loose, tape it to the core and roll it off. The hard part is getting it started. Once you do the even tension across the liner keeps it from tearing into small pieces. Keep the core and...

I think I've had this problem before and you have to have your spot color "cutpath" in the right color pallet. You can't create one with the same name or import one from a previous version, at least I couldn't get it to work. I have attached the Wasatch instructions for Corel. Hope this helps...
I had the same thoughts. As long as you know the limitations and it fits you business model for the next 3 years go for it.
My experiences:
At the first company I worked at I was part of the printer buying process. The owners wanted to take the safe route and by a 30" printer. I kept...
