When I did the layout in Corel, with contour lines, and saved as a Version 8 file (WHAT IS UP WITH SAI? VERSION 8?), and opened it in Photoprint (aka, Flexi on the short bus...), I had to redo the contour stuff...

No work. The type 1 reg marks seem to work better than the type 2, but the dang thing still can't find it's butt with both hands...

Bob, why the type 2 marks? BTW, I'm having the same problem... I can get the thing to find the first mark, then it goes hunting... Out of state... Same problem with type 1 and type 2 reg marks. Tried the box thing too... I've squared up the vinyl, double-checking by running back/forth...

Did it on thinish vinyl too... I'm thinking that you may be right... Where's my hammer... BTW, my New Favorite Tool is one of the Surefire tactical lights... You can see things you didn't care existed...

Also, if the head's crudded, why isn't it doing it all the way across the vinyl? Why just in the one area? The lines are perpendicular to the head movement...

Oh joy... Now to figure out how to look under the head... (maintenance manual, here I come...)
