Yeah. What I'd do would be to have that as everyone's "active" files, with it set up for RAID5, and then remove stuff as it ages. Back it off onto DVD, and then put 'em in a nice cool, dark place. You can also make another "tool" drive (containing clipart, whatever) and hang it off the net too...

Dead-center inside the first one. It'll usually find it. If it finds it, it goes hunting for the second. Finds it sometimes. Then it goes looking for #3... Have not had it find 'em all and start cutting yet...

I'm running PhotoPrint DX 5.0, which is also a Scanvec product... Kinda like Flexi rides the short bus... I have all the settings the same - I print, then send the SAME job to cutter... Argh...

Not yet... Gotta get some stuff outta da door, go apply for a concealed carry permit (seems I've acquired an internet stalker...), and I'll be trying to reset everything to vanilla and go from there this evening. I'm going to reinstall the software on a laptop, and see how that goes...

Trying do a simple little 8" x 24" sign. I've got the pressure set right, etc., etc... I started off trying to use that Robo thing. Did an 8x24 document. Specced an 8x24 page, etc., etc... It insisted on cutting approximately 6" letters... And stopping after a few feet... Went on with that...

Well, tonight I gotta cut a lot of "cut only" stuff... We'll see how it goes. If you see me asking a lot of questions about Signcut and Refine, you can guess...

I'm going to have to check that... I set the job up again, completely in Photoprint (DO NOT count on that program for design or layout...). When I print, it sends the thing to the Production Mangler, where it puts the cutter on hold, prints the Mutoh side, then tells me to get the cutter...

Been pretty busy past coupla days... Tried increasing lighting around machine. No dice. Will mess more tomorrow night.
