I just bought a larger HP L26500 and have a Mutoh Falcon Jr for sale. I just run cleaning fluid through since i have my new printer up and running. I have a second Falcon Jr can be used as parts, works just printheads clogged maintenance station bad and lines maybe clogged. $3500.

I finally googled the correct information and found something that might help.

I have VisualRIP+, trying to figure out how to contour cut within the program.

1st time was from tech that was training me and second one was from repair tech fixing the broken carriage from the training tech. So I would hope the 2 "trained" HP techs would get it right.

Is this a common problem? The little black peg holding printhead ribbon keeps breaking. Brand new printer is now on its third cover beacause of this issue.

had new printer installed and dumped old rip software, now trying to use cutmaster3. Cutmaster 3 keeps trying to sync with plotter. Have it setup to use usb. Any other ideas?

We currently are running a mutoh falcon and graphtec plotter. Will be buying a HP 26500 and another plotter. We are using flexi pro but was thinking of switching to caldera but just trying to figure which calderas are need to do what flexi is doing now for us. Any suggestions? Thanks
