Another suggestion, keeps samples from all your work on file, at least the important or odd color ones. Kind of hard to argue with a sample you pull out of a file when comparing colors.

Same head as mine, just a different color. Nice thing about these printers though, the heads are so easy to change. Also, it was mentioned in another thread about shaking the heck out of the heads before you put them in.

Do a printhead check? Our printer notified me yesterday that I needed to check the heads, ended up having half of my number 3 black/yellow not firing black.

Even with exporting from Flexi to PM, I have in the past converted the entire job to raster in Flexi before I sent it. One of the many things it would be nice for SAi to finally getting around to getting right.

If you don't need to edit it, try loading it directly into Production Manager. Anymore for the wholesale work we do, I bypass Flexi completely, funny how the core design program will screw that stuff up but the PM can handle it just fine.

Can you just load it into Production Manager?? Many times Flexi will not open a file correctly here, but if I just open it in PM, it renders just fine. Happens a lot with fades in Illustrator files.
