Low VOC paint sux for adhesive vinyl. I've had CV3 that barely adhered to it. Paint needs to outgas for at least two weeks prior to install (preferably more)

Anyone got any suggestions for best thing to do to clean oxidized paint areas on metal where they now want to put self-adhesive vinyl? Repainting is not an option. I was just gonna use Prep All to wipe down the surface but am open to other ideas.

Pretty simple. Here in the states we have screen doors and window screens. When you have to replace the screen, you use this tool. Works great at creasing different media, too
Drytac sells a mounter that can also do lamination for a fraction of the cost of a full on laminator. It laminates just fine, but I use it to do 4x8 boards all the time. Hinge it in the middle and do two halves. 5 min. max.
